1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stampl.website (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Stampl provides web development services including:

• Custom website design and development

• Website maintenance and support
• SEO optimization and performance tuning

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Respond to requests for feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments as outlined in your project agreement
• Own or have proper licenses for any content, images, or materials you provide
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or contracts. Generally:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on most projects
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before launch
• Additional revisions or features beyond scope may incur extra charges
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

5. Intellectual Property

What you own: Upon full payment, you own the final website code, design, and deliverables created specifically for your project. Any content, images, or materials you provide remain your property.

What we own: We retain ownership of our underlying code libraries, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing intellectual property. We may also showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-party assets: Any third-party software, fonts, images, or plugins used in your project are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions and Approval

Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our hourly rate. You are responsible for final approval before launch. Once a site is launched, further changes may be subject to additional fees.

7. Hosting and Third-Party Services

We can assist with hosting setup, but we are not responsible for third-party hosting outages, domain registration issues, or service interruptions caused by providers outside our control. We recommend reliable providers like Vercel, Netlify, or Namecheap.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the six months preceding the claim.

9. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that your website will achieve specific search engine rankings, sales figures, or business outcomes. While we build for performance and SEO best practices, results vary based on many factors outside our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party breaches material terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to that point. We may also suspend or terminate access to our website for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
